Bulgarian State Academic Orchestra To Light Up the Annenberg Center In February 07.
Penn Presents is proud to welcome Bulgarian State Academic Orchestra to the Annenberg Center, Philadelphia in February 2007. The Bulgarian State Academic Orchestra, which features Conductor KRASSIMIRA KOSTOVA and Violinist JOAN KWUON, will be held On February 21, 2007.
/Performing Arts PR News/ - February 06, 2007 - Bulgarian State Orchestra will be the first performance of the 2006-07 Penn Presents Classical Music and Ballet Series and will feature an all-Beethoven program performed by the Bulgarian State Academic Orchestra, conducted by Krassimira Kostova, and featuring guest violinist Joan Kwuon. The Event is expected to be a sell out, so arts and classical music fans are expected to reserve their tickets in advance.
The performance is on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Irvine Auditorium, 3401 Spruce Street. Tickets for the performance are $42, $27 and $19. There are discounts for seniors, students, groups, and Penn alumni, as well as the university faculty/staff discount.
