Magnificent Musician Performs In The Same Key As Stanford Who's Who

As a Professor for Team of Pianists, as well as throughout his incredible 24 year career, Maxwell has routinely exhibited the passion, knowledge and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
The Melbourne-based Team of Pianists is widely acclaimed both for its high standards of artistry and professionalism. They have captivated audiences in Australia and overseas for nearly twenty years. Coupled with unquestioned commitment to the highest artistic performance standards in its many solo and chamber recitals, concerto performances , CDs, and broadcasts, the Team is equally committed to promoting young musicians through its many masterclass programs in metropolitan and regional areas alike.
Maxwell Cooke has been a leading figure in music performance and education for a number of years. He has taught some extremely talented students, some of whom are Professors of Music in Germany, Scotland and in Australia. His own performances have brought him together with famous musicians and conductors.
During his educational career, Maxwell earned a Master's Degree in Music from Melbourne University. He also received an Order of Australia Medal. Mr. Cooke has been teaching piano at Monash University for 12 years and spent 52 years teaching at Melbourne University.
Maxwell is a member of the Victoria Music Teachers Association, International Society of Music Education and Australian College of Education. In the time away from his busy schedule, Maxwell enjoys golfing.
